By accessing or using IRON ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.

1. Use of the Product

IRON grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Product for your own internal purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Product.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Product for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code;
• transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Product.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials within the Product are owned by IRON or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

5. Payments and Pricing

Early-access pricing is a one-time payment that grants lifetime access at the price paid. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing for new customers at any time.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IRON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, abuse, or any other reason at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
